Plane Tickets and Travel Arrangements
The plane ticket for your journey to Greece is fully arranged and covered by Flex Idea. We coordinate closely with employers to set travel dates well in advance—at least 5 months before departure. This advance planning guarantees smooth organization and security, minimizing any last-minute issues or uncertainties.
Domestic Transportation in Greece
Upon arrival in Greece, transportation from the capital to your designated island destination, whether by ferry, bus, or other means, is also managed by Flex Idea. We ensure that all travel logistics are handled, providing a hassle-free transition to your new workplace.
Arrival and Orientation
After your arrival, there will be an orientation session designed to acclimate you to the new environment and provide essential information. Recognising the long hours of travel, we also provide food to refresh and energize you.
