Application and Sponsorship

Duration and Renewal

The Residence Card issued has a duration of 5 years. After this period, it can be renewed for another 5 years without the need for a new application process. It is important to note that during the first season, the employer retains the right to initiate deportation proceedings in cases of extreme behavior or incidents. This provision is in place to maintain workplace safety and professionalism.
