The seasonal worker will sign a contract as per government law concerning seasonal worker for 7-9 months, renewable for 5 years as stipulated in the residence permit.

Salaries vary depending on the hotel group and the specific role. The minimum monthly salary ranges from €950 to €1,300 for a standard 30-day work period. Employees are entitled to 3-4 days off per month. Additionally, overtime is available and compensated accordingly.
Free Medical Insurance:Provided by the Greek government, covering all hospital costs, including doctor's visits, medications, surgery fees, and paid rest days.
Flexibility Post-First Season:Employees may change employers after the first season without undergoing additional processing.

This team is on standby to assist with any issues or violations, ensuring that your work experience is both positive and secure. During the initial season, hotel management has the authority to change employees' positions or departments based on performance. Additionally, they reserve the right to deport employees due to extreme behavior, but only within the first season.
